Travel Rates

Please note that these are estimated rates, we will advise on final travel rate per your location. Travel rates are based on each artist induvial location. The travel fee is per artist and will vary.

• North Suburbs/Northwest/West Suburbs Downtown Chicago: $100+

• South Suburbs: $150+

• Wisconsin + Indiana: Please inquire (hotel stay MAY be required): $200+

• Destination 65+ miles: $400 per travel date (rate is applied to each day of travel per artist)

  • Hotel + flight accommodations for artist + assistant if 2nd artist is not required

  • Minimum of 2 days (1 night)

  • Baggage check fee 

  • Transportation (Uber, taxi, or car rental)

If you have more than 8 people total in your bridal party, an additional artist from our team will be required to service your destination group.

Bridal Previews

​

Bridal Previews are not mandatory, but highly encouraged! This is where we trial your desired wedding day look. We recommend scheduling your preview 3-6 months before your wedding day.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate bridal previews with Master Artists prior to booking.

Our Pro Artists are available for previews without a booking commitment. A deposit is required to hold your trial date. Please be aware that trials DO NOT guarantee your wedding day is saved.

How To Book

​

Non-Bridal Bookings: To book your requested date + time, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE retainer of the final amount is due at the time of booking.

The remaining balance will be due the day of the service being rendered.

 

Weddings: Once you are ready to book, please provide the following information for a contract:

• Date

• Number/type of services

• Getting ready location

• Approx. ready time

• ​

We will send you an official contract once all this information has been provided.

To reserve your wedding date, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE retainer of the final amount is due at the time of booking as well as a signed service contract.
