Q: Do you offer hair and makeup services?

A: Yes! We have many talented makeup and hair artists on the team that can service you. Both our Master and Pro Artists are highly trained to give you a glamours experience.

Q: Do you offer airbrush makeup application?

A: No, we do not offer any airbrush makeup with a machine. We are able to achieve the same flawless complexion with traditional makeup such as liquids, creams and powders.

Q: How many people can you accommodate?

A: We are able to accommodate up to 15 people in a single bridal party for both hair and makeup. We have a fabulous team to assist with larger bridal parties.

Q: How many services are required to book for a wedding?

A: We require a minimum booking of four or more services for your wedding day including the bride. The services can be both hair and makeup on the wedding day. The services are only toward the wedding day and do not include the bridal preview. We also offer "bride only" services with our Master Artists at a higher rate.

Q: Can I book Izabela, the owner, for my entire bridal party for makeup?

A: At this time, Izabela is only accommodating the bride on the wedding day. She wants to ensure you have a luxury experience and have her undivided attention on the most important day of your life. Exceptions can be made in certain situations, please advise for further details.

Q: Do you offer travel/on-site services?

A: Yes, our team is available to travel to your location. Travel fees will apply per location, per artist.

Q: Can you travel nationwide/internationally?

A: Yes! We are able to travel anywhere within the United States and beyond.

Q: Do you offer bridal trials prior to booking?

A: At this time, our Master Artists require a secured booking with a non-refundable retainer and contract before booking a preview appointment. We do offer bridal trials with any of our Pro Artists prior to a wedding booking.

Q: What is the difference between a bridal trial and a bridal preview?

A: A trial is to see whether or not you would like to book the particular artist for your wedding day, similar to a non-bridal makeup appointment. A bridal preview is an appointment set with your artist to discuss the overall look you are aiming to achieve on the big day. You will be able to trial run the look you have in mind.

Q: What brands of makeup and skincare do you use?

A: Our team uses a variety of brands from high end luxury to affordable products to ensure a flawless and long-lasting look for your big day. Each kit is unique to the artist and items may vary based on who you book with.

Q: Am I allowed to use my own makeup products?

A: Although we understand that you might prefer a particular product for your everyday routine, we strongly advise to trust the professional artist and use what is in their kit to ensure the products do not interfere with each other. If you have skin allergies or possess and visible rashes or lesions at the time of your appointment, the artist may ask to use your own products and/or tools to avoid in contamination to their kit.

Q: What is required to book my wedding day?

A: All weddings require a non-refundable/non-transferable retainer of 50% of the total amount as well as a signed service contract. The retainer will go towards the cost of services.

Q: Which form of payment do you accept?

A: We accept payment via Zelle and cash. We do not accept credit cards or personal checks at this time.

Q: Am I able to add more services to my contract after signing?

A: After booking your wedding, you are allowed to add additional hair and makeup services up to three months before the wedding day to ensure we are able to have another artist from the team to assist if needed.
